Collection Date & Venue
T-shirts and merchandise can be collected on 22–23 August 2026 (Sat–Sun) at Ardent Educational Consultants Sdn. Bhd.
Required Documents
Please present your payment receipt and Kancil Science Mastermind registration confirmation email during collection.
T-Shirt Size Confirmation
All T-shirt size selections are final — no changes will be accepted after submission.
Collection Policy
For verification and security, Lalamove, Grab and other third-party delivery services are strictly not permitted for collection.
Early Collection Encouraged
For a smoother, faster check-in on event day, parents are encouraged to collect T-shirts and merchandise in advance.
Choose the Correct T-Shirt Size
Kindly select the most suitable size for your child. For a comfortable fit, you may choose a size 1–2 inches (or cm) larger than current measurements. All t-shirts are ordered based on the sizes submitted at registration, so size changes or exchanges will not be possible after submission.
Wear Your Official Programme T-Shirt
All participants are required to wear the official Kancil Science Mastermind t-shirt during the programme; other t-shirts are not permitted. As the venue may be cold, participants are encouraged to bring a jacket or sweater.

Important Note
- Kindly ensure your child is available on the selected programme date and time before registering — confirmed registration slots cannot be changed or transferred.
- Should your child be unable to attend, the booklet, physical certificate and merchandise will be mailed to you.
- However, hands-on activity materials and snack packs are available only during the programme and cannot be delivered afterward.
Terms & Conditions
- By completing registration, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed. Registration slots are non-transferable and subject to availability.
- If a participant is unable to attend, the booklet, certificate and merchandise will be mailed. However, programme-day materials and snack packs are only provided during the event and will not be posted.
- You also agree that photos / videos taken during the programme may be used for documentation and promotional purposes.
